Job Description

Location - Rajoda (Indore - Ujjain Road)


Roles and Responsibilities -

1 Monitoring & Control Business Development Activities

2 New Customer generation through getting details from relevant sources such as Industrial Magazines / News papers / Internet / Personal visits to Industrial areas ,existing customers references / Introduction Letter mail to key person / Major Customers ancillaries etc.

3 Generation of enquiries through personal visits / introductory letters

4 Prepare a suitable Offer against Enquiry requirements

5 Quotation follow-up - Telephonic / Personal Visit / E-mails.

6 Commercial Negotiation and technical discussion with the customer till receipt of order.

7 Entry of enquiries in the software

8 Entry of Quotation/ order & Follow-up details & all other relevant information/ details

9 Prepare and maintain customer visit report records

10 Prepare Performance Assessment Review data from customer

11 Prepare Visit Information Report

12 Prepare Tour Information Report

13 Prepare & Update Inquiry-Quotation-Order Tracking Report on daily basis

14 Coordination with PPC / Production for timely delivery of Order.

15 Prepare Sales activity report

16 Prepare Product wise order lost report

17 Coordination with Installation Department for Timely Installation of Products

18 Prepare Quarterly Marketing Report

19 Prepare Annual Marketing Report

20 Any other Task or Project Assigned by HOD/Management from time to time

21 Monitoring and maintain 5S Enter all the ERP entries within one day/time frame



Desired Candidate Profile -

The candidate should be a Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with pleasant personality with minimum 4-6 years of experience in relevant filed of engineering goods industry, preferably in Engineering / Capital products. The candidate should have good command in spoken and written English communication, Presentation Skill and knowledge of ERP and MS Office or equivalent is must. Persons willing to travel expensively need apply.



Education-

UG:Diploma in Mechanical,B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical

PG:M.Tech in Any Specialization
